The damage that the Powerbar does to you is that it is so low on fiber that it does not even come close to giving you anywhere near your daily fiber intake.
#8: Arnold’s Whole Grain Country White Bread
This particular version of bread is not on the list because of the damage it may do to your body, but do to the lies that are right on the items packaging. The packaging will say that it is whole grain bread and you will get the daily amounts of whole grain that you need, but that would be incorrect because the amount of whole grain that this bread delivers is well below the daily amounts that you need.
